	Internships
	Citadel Solutions offers a 10-week summer internship program for exceptional students interested in a career in alternative investment administration. This comprehensive program provides students with the necessary foundation to apply classroom training to practice in the workplace.
	The goal of Citadel Solutions Summer Internship Program is to provide a realistic preview of the full-time opportunities available at Citadel Solutions. We are committed to developing you early in your career through project-based assignments designed to aide in your understanding of the industry while having an impact on the firm. The College Recruiting Team will partner with your assigned manager to outlined the goals and expectations for a successful summer. The designated manager will review your progress throughout the duration of the summer program and provide continuous feedback via a formal review process.
	The internship program has four components: Summer Projects Buddy Program Education Series Networking Events
	The intern projects are specific to each individual and are driven by the current needs of the business. Each intern is matched with a junior level staff member who will provide guidance and cultural insight into the organization through the Buddy Program. Citadel hosts an education series that highlights the different teams to provide you with a high-level understanding of the client investment strategies, infrastructure, and culture. You will also engage in learning and development activities that provide the opportunity to further develop your communication, leadership, and presentation skills. In addition, you will have multiple opportunities to network with colleagues in both formal and informal settings.
	Internship opportunities are available in Chicago, our worldwide headquarters, to exceptional students within one year of graduation. If you are studying Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, at the undergraduate or graduate level, we encourage you to apply.
