New graduates will gain exposure to the hedge fund industry and have an opportunity to learn how a fund administrator operates through a training program of four six-month rotations.
Opportunities are available in Chicago, our worldwide headquarters. This is not a contractual two-year analyst program, rather a full-time position.
Training for the two programs will be done concurrently. This includes the opportunity to learn more about capital markets, financial products, industry-leading proprietary systems and technology and other skills to help advance their careers. As participants develop the necessary foundation and build their business acumen, they will be given increased responsibility. The training and rotations provide you the experience necessary to bridge the gap between academia and industry and build a career at Citadel.
The programs also seek to provide balance in offering social and professional networking activities. Mentoring relationships with members of the manangement team are an integral part of the Citadel Solutions development programs.
Permanent placement will be determined by the level of your participation in the prior training and rotations along with the opportunities available throughout Citadel Solutions. |
